LPN - Endocrinology - Full Time Day

About the role

Assists with daily clinical activities under supervision, providing primary care services and modeling appropriate behavior aligned with organizational values.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to patient care guidelines, clinic policies, and maintains patient confidentiality.
• Accurately records and updates patient data, including lab and clinical information.
• Supports physicians, RNs, and nurse practitioners with procedures and clinical operations.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment for patients and staff.
• Performs Limited Scope X-Ray duties if certified, as needed.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Technical Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Licensed Practical Nurse licensed in Tennessee.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.

Skills

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proficiency in EMR systems and quick response to emergencies.

Physical & Other Requirements

• Medium physical work involving lifting, standing, and repetitive motions.
• Good visual acuity for patient assessment and data analysis.
• Exposure to patient body fluids and hazardous materials.
