Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect patient care services requiring technical and manual skills, within the scope of practice, that meet the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care.
• Meets the communication needs of the patient and family.
• Performs under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrates knowledge of EMTALA Regulations and triage process in the ER setting.

Requirements

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• IV certification upon hire; Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification preferred.

Pay

The current compensation range for this role is $32.78 to $40.99 per hour. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
