LPN - Charge Nurse

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing patient care on the night shift in Amarillo, TX.

The position involves managing a team of nurses and LPNs, ensuring patient safety and quality care, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care and ensure all medical needs are met
• Manage a team of nurses and LPNs to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
• Document patient care activities and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current RN license in good standing
• At least 2 years of nursing experience
• Experience in charge nurse role preferred
