LPN Casual
Duties
- Provides skilled nursing care such as: implementing practitioners’ orders, ordering and assisting with medications and supplies, operating medical equipment, and charting practices
- Lifts and transfers residents as needed
- Initiates emergency treatment as needed
- Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff
- Updates RN with current observations and completes documentation of resident health status
- Communicates changes in residents' conditions to relevant individuals
- May support RN by completing resident assessments, service agreements, and care plans
Requirements
- MN LPN licensure
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
- Able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Preferred previous healthcare experience
- Comfortable using computers, handheld devices, phones, and fax machines

Pay
Compensation Disclaimer: This position provides one flat hourly rate, with regular reviews to ensure competitiveness with the market. If your role is eligible for a sign-on bonus, the bonus program that is approved and in place at the time of offer, is what will be honored.
Schedule
This nursing schedule includes: Casual/On-call schedule, Day/Evening/Night shift, Weekends as needed
