LPN Cart Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to residents according to physicians' orders and resident care plan.
• Monitors resident status and makes referrals to physician and resident's next of kin.
• Administers and records medications and treatments as prescribed by physician.
• Takes and records vital signs.
• Monitors nursing staff on assigned shift.

Requirements

• Current LPN license with MN State Board of Nursing

Schedule

• Full-time Day shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• Every other weekend/holiday

Pay

• $30.00 / Hourly
• Licensed Nurse Retention Bonus: $5,000.00 (Full-time), $1,000.00 (Part-time)
