About the role

Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and conducting vital signs
Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless and effective care delivery
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and reports
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the resident experience

Requirements

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Rhode Island
• 0 years of experience (recent graduates welcome!)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
