About the role

This position is an onsite role at UCHealth Family Medicine Center - Ft Collins, CO. It is a full-time position (64.00 hours per pay period) working days, with a pay range of $22.75 - $35.26 per hour, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by an RN.
• Performs plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care.
• Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Maintains patient records and monitors, documents, and communicates patient's status and reactions to interventions.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing program.
• State licensure as a Practical Nurse (LPN) or Vocational Nurse (LVN).
• BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
• CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
