About the role

The LPN is responsible for providing patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. This includes administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
• Assisting patients with personal hygiene and mobility needs
• Monitoring patient health status and reporting changes to supervising nurses
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans

Requirements

• Current New Jersey LPN license
• At least one year of relevant healthcare experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• Experience in acute care settings

Skills

• Proficient in electronic medical record systems
• Knowledge of infection control procedures
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pay

The pay range for this position is $30.66 - $37.59 per hour.
