Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities.
• Maintain vigilance over residents' health and behavior, responding promptly to any changes.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and update personalized care plans.
• Communicate effectively with families and leadership to ensure high-quality care.
• Delegate, supervise, and support the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Uphold the highest standards of nursing practice and professionalism.

Requirements

• A current LPN license valid in the state of Florida (or compact state).
• A heart for service and a readiness to respond to community needs and emergencies.

Pay

Up to $29 per hour (based on experience, shift, and certifications)

Schedule

Part-time shifts available from 3-11pm
