Summary Of Position

The Montefiore Licensed Practice Nurse contributes standards of the practice for nursing as defined by the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics, Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, and Nursing's Social Policy Statement. Responsibilities include maintaining nursing practice standards and clinical expertise, providing care to patients, and appraising.

Responsibilities

• Maintain nursing practice standards and clinical expertise.
• Provide care to patients.
• Appraise patient care.
• Communicate and provide customer service to all patients.
• Rotate to multiple clinical practices based on operational needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid New York State LPN license and registration.
• Basic Life Support.
• Infection Control Certificate.

Qualifications

Superb communication and customer service skills are required at all times to interact effectively with all patients.

Pay

Hiring rate is $38.99 per hour. The rate may be subject to change based on shift differential, experience, education, or other relevant factors.

Schedule

Day shift from 9:30 AM to 5 PM, scheduled daily hours of 7.5 hours.
