This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality clinical care while forming meaningful connections with the elders we serve.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with complex medical needs, rehabilitation goals, and ongoing chronic care
• Work in a collaborative, team-focused environment
• Provide person-centered care that empowers residents to achieve their highest level of independence and well-being

Requirements

• A passion for caring for elders and individuals with long-term or rehabilitative needs
• A strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
• Experience in long-term care, short-term rehab, skilled nursing, assisted living, or a healthcare facility
• A valid Florida LPN license
• A current CPR certification
• IV certification preferred

Additional Requirements

• This position requires Level 2 background screening in accordance with Florida law

Pay

The pay for this position is commensurate with experience.

The schedule for this position is part-time.
