Join our 30-bed Skilled Nursing Unit, where your nursing skills and compassionate care truly make a difference. With a manageable nurse-to-resident ratio, you’ll work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment that allows you to focus on what matters most—quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Provide direct, compassionate resident care
• Document care and communicate effectively with physicians and families
• Auxiliary with admissions, discharges, and emergency responses
• Promote resident dignity, safety, and continuity of care

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Alabama
• Minimum 6 months of nursing experience (geriatric experience preferred)

Schedule

• Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Night Shift: 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Pay

• Up to $29.50/hour (based on experience)
• Weekend Differential: +$3.00/hour
