LPN

Duties

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patients' medical records.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions to provide appropriate care.
• Provide compassionate and professional nursing care.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans.
• Perform routine nursing tasks such as blood pressure measurements and administering injections.
• Administer medications and provide treatments as per physician’s orders.

Qualifications

• Current LVN license.
• Prior experience in nursing is preferred but not required.
