LPN

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Director, Health and Wellness on resident needs
• Provide hands-on care and specific nursing tasks as required
• Support the resident’s care plan
• Provide clinical support and training of care staff
• Transcribe physicians’ orders and review new orders

Qualifications

• Maintain proper certifications required by local and state licensing agencies
• Participate in ongoing in-service trainings, accreditations, and specific coursework
• Take actions that assist others beyond job responsibilities
• Foster teamwork with co-workers
• Seek out and perform other duties as assigned or needed
