About the role

At Cascade Manor, we are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for part-time positions, specifically for shifts between 2pm-10pm, rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Registered Nurses with patient care activities
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report changes
• Document patient care activities accurately
• Participate in resident activities to promote social interaction

Requirements

• Current LPN license in the state of Oregon
• Experience in long-term care or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited LPN program

Skills

• Proficiency in medical terminology
• Knowledge of infection control procedures
• Basic computer skills for electronic health records

Pay

$33.00 - $41.80/hour DOE

Schedule

Shifts between 2pm-10pm, rotating weekends, every other Monday/Tuesday and every other Thursday/Friday
