About the role
Brookdale Sakonnet Bay is hiring LPNs for their Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities. Current openings include:
- Weekends: 3p-9p (Memory Care)
- Part Time: 7a-3p - Every Other Weekend (Assisted Living)
- Part Time: 4p-8p - Every Other Weekend (Assisted Living)
- Per Diem: All Shifts
Responsibilities
Aid in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and supportive living environment for residents. Monitor residents' care according to medical prescriptions and documented care plans. Administer medications as directed, maintain cleanliness and security of the medication storage area, and comply with company policies, procedures, and protocols.
Requirements
LPN or LVN license required per state regulations.

Pay
Base pay in the range will be determined based on the applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program. For qualified associates with at least a year of service, Brookdale offers assistance with naturalization application costs.
Schedule
Shifts are available on weekends and weekdays, with varying schedules for both full-time and part-time positions.
