Job Summary

If you are a licensed LPN with clinical experience, we have immediate weekend opportunities for you supervising PCAs throughout Albany, Rensselaer, Saratoga and Schenectady Counties as well as surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise PCAs in providing in-home health care services
• Ensure adherence to client care plans and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare providers
• Provide support and guidance to PCA staff

Requirements

• Licensed LPN
• At least one year of clinical experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work weekends and travel to various locations within the specified counties
