LPN

Education / Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licenses/Certifications: Active LPN license required, BLS required. Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc) may be required based upon department assigned.

• Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Education/Experience

• Education: Degree in Nursing or completion of LPN program required.
• Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software.
• Strong team leadership skills, strong organization, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
• Must be able to meet strict deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, and excellent organizational skills.
• Must be able to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Able to remain calm in difficult situations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, proficient computer skills, proven track record of successful performance.
• Able to understand complex multifactor situations and bring appropriate solutions.
• Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Able to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
• Able to observe, assesses, and record work, safety and infection control standards.
