About the role

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Provide emotional and spiritual support to patients and families
- Coordinate care plans with other healthcare professionals
- Document patient progress and communicate with family members
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience in healthcare or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of hospice care principles and practices
