Hospice Care

Provides compassionate end-of-life care to patients and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Assists patients with medical needs and symptom management
  • Supports emotional and spiritual well-being of patients and families
  • Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Conducts home visits and provides hospice services as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
  • Current license to practice as a registered nurse (RN)
  • Experience in palliative care or related field preferred

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
