Hospice Care
Provides compassionate end-of-life care to patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Assists patients with medical needs and symptom management
- Supports emotional and spiritual well-being of patients and families
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Conducts home visits and provides hospice services as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
- Current license to practice as a registered nurse (RN)
- Experience in palliative care or related field preferred
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
