LPN 3 days a week work 24 hours get paid for 30 Sign-on Bonus $1500

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient's condition during every visit and document your observations
• Perform different tasks including vital signs and medication review
• Administer medication as prescribed by the patient’s Physicians
• Listen to the patient and respond to concerns or requests
• Complete clinical documentation within 24 hours of PT contact

Qualifications

• State LPN/LVN license required
• 1 year of experience in in-home care is preferred
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Compassionate and friendly demeanor
• Able to travel to multiple patients per day

Pay

Part Time Pay: $33.00 per hour
