RN/LPN Part Time $1500 Sign on Bonus

As an RN or LPN in our 65-bed community, you’ll play an essential role in promoting the health, comfort, and dignity of the residents we serve. Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and complete treatments as ordered
• Supervise and support nursing assistants
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being

Requirements

• Current RN or LPN License – Wisconsin
• Medication administration and IV certification
• Working knowledge of state rules and regulations
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude
• Passion for improving the lives of residents

Pay

Starting at $42/hour. Part‑time positions include a $1,500 sign‑on bonus.

Schedule

• Part Time: 1st Shift
• Every Other Weekend: 1st Shift
• Full Time: 2nd Shift
• 8‑Hour Shifts
