Low Voltage Technician – Southern California, CA

About the role
We are looking for a skilled Low Voltage Technician to join our team. In this role, you will primarily work on cabling for and installation of security cameras, access control systems, network installation, and burglar alarm installation. You may also work on other wiring projects, such as cable installation, fiber optic cabling, or cat 5 wiring. Our ideal candidate has experience with low voltage systems and is a dedicated, hardworking, and reliable technician with a desire for personal growth.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients to install systems on-site
- Respond to repair calls
- Read blueprints to determine how to best install the components and wiring
- Test all systems and troubleshoot any issues
- Teach the client how to use the system
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Technician certification
- Low Voltage and cabling experience
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of electrical safety procedures
- Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle (preferred)

$20.00 – $30.00 per hour
