Chapel-Romanoff Technologies, LLC (“CRT”), an EMCOR Company, is a leading low voltage integration services company providing preconstruction, construction, and services in automotive, commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, and mission-critical markets. CRT is one of six Ohio-based business units under parent company Quebe Holdings, Inc.

About the role

CRT is looking to expand our workforce and welcome anyone interested in low voltage cabling, AV, and security fields to apply. This is a full-time, non-exempt position based in Toledo, OH, reporting to the General Foreman.

Responsibilities

  • Install low voltage copper and fiber optic cabling.
  • Terminate and test copper and fiber cabling systems using certified test equipment.
  • Use a variety of tools or equipment, such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment.
  • Repair and install network-enabled systems including CCTV, Access Control, AV Control Systems, Central Sound, Video Management Servers, Projectors, Screens, Interactive Displays, etc.
  • Assist in keeping building common and technology spaces neat, orderly, and safe.
  • Accomplish work in accordance with blueprints, specifications, national and local codes, and industry standards such as TIA and BICSI.
  • Update as-built drawings as necessary, according to department policies.
  • Attend Toolbox safety meetings and demonstrate safety competency, including topics such as harassment prevention and ethics.
  • Obtain an OSHA 10 General Industry Safety and Health standards certification.
  • Extended hours or weekend overtime may be available.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Knowledge of the Low Voltage Integration or ICT industry.
  • BICSI and/or AVIXA certification desirable but not required.
  • Valid Driver’s License.

  • Regularly required to commute to field locations and various job sites, navigating around job site locations.
