Lounge Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Direct management of the Canopy Lounge operation, processes, personnel and proper staffing levels.
• Ensure maintenance of extraordinary Guest Service Standards at all times.
• Demonstrate and hold all team members to our customer service standards.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in a similar position with comparable responsibilities and business volumes.
• A minimum of one (1) year of food and beverage supervisory experience in a high-volume operation, or three (3) years of food and beverage related experience (in a relevant function to the position being applied to) in a high-volume operation.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Ability to supervise fairly and effectively in a Union environment.
• Availability to work during weekends, holidays and peak business periods, including any shift/day designated by the Food and Beverage department.
