Lot Technician

The Young Automotive Group is growing again and is actively hiring a Lot Technician. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working around vehicles, staying active, and being part of a fast‑paced dealership environment. Whether you have prior dealership experience or are seeking an entry‑level opportunity, paid training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed. As a Lot Technician you will maintain the vehicle inventory, organize the lot, assist with vehicle deliveries, and support both sales and service teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Keep new and used vehicle lots neat and orderly.
• Move cars as directed by managers in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Assist with cleaning the shop and supporting the service and sales teams as needed.
• Pick up vehicles from and deliver vehicles to customers and off‑site sales as directed by management.
• Assist with other tasks on a group level as instructed by your manager.

Qualifications

• History of excellent attendance and work performance.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check.
