Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and order of the dealership lot, including sweeping, removing trash, and organizing vehicles.
- Move, arrange, and prepare vehicles on the lot as directed by management or sales staff.
- Assist in vehicle delivery and pick-up processes to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to report any visible damage or issues to the service department.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to facilitate efficient vehicle flow and lot presentation.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and environmental regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate dealership vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of lot appearance.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Previous experience in automotive lot management or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods.
- Must be 18 years or older.
