Lot Associate

About the role

As a Lot Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the dealership car lot to ensure an organized, safe, and efficient viewing and maneuvering of vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize incoming new vehicle inventory from transport trucks
• Take high-quality photos of vehicles and upload them to the company website
• Arrange and maintain the vehicle lot according to manager guidelines
• Safely maneuver and park vehicles—including large trucks and manual transmissions—in tight spaces
• Auxiliary the sales staff and customers with locating vehicles on the lot
• Perform duties outdoors in all weather conditions, with extended periods of walking and standing

Qualifications & Job Requirements

• A safe, confident driver with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to drive and park all vehicle types, including heavy-duty and manual transmission
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
• A professional, coachable attitude and strong communication skills
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Minimum 21 years of age or 3 full years of driving experience
• A high school diploma or equivalent required
