Associate
This role supports a high-performing industrial brokerage team focused on tenant representation, agency leasing, capital markets, and strategic client advisory services. The Associate will work closely with senior brokers to develop business opportunities, conduct market research, support transaction execution, and build client relationships throughout the Seattle market and nationally.

Responsibilities
As an Associate, you will learn the fundamentals of industrial brokerage while working alongside senior brokers on tenant representation, agency leasing, and investment-related assignments. Through mentorship and hands-on experience, you will develop the skills necessary to build a long-term brokerage career.
- Support senior brokers in tenant representation assignments, business development initiatives, and client relationship management.
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and outbound outreach.
- Research industrial properties, ownership activity, tenants, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Track key market metrics, including vacancies, rental rates, absorption, development activity, and comparable transactions.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, pitch materials, and business development campaigns.
- Participate in property tours, client meetings, lease negotiations, and transaction execution activities.
- Build relationships with occupiers, landlords, developers, investors, and other industry professionals.
- Collaborate with brokerage and operations team members to deliver exceptional client service and execution.
- Develop expertise in industrial real estate fundamentals, market dynamics, and occupier requirements.
- Progress toward independently sourcing, managing, and executing client assignments as your experience grows.

Pay
This position is commission-based. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, qualifications, date of hire, and any applicable collective bargaining agreements. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
