About the role

This hourly, non-exempt position involves working with customers face-to-face, via phone, or email to handle collections and allocations of payments. New hires typically earn between $57,200 and $64,600 annually, with potential for more based on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Effectively and efficiently handle customer transactions.
• Manage billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
• Accurately record and maintain customer contact information and details.
• Build and maintain company-customer relationships.
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls.
• Consistently follow up on promises and commitments in a timely manner with customers.
• Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash, etc.
• Investigate customer queries as necessary and find solutions.
• Appropriately identify and escalate customer issues.
• Complete sales transactions and processing of payments.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to keep account transactions up to date.
• Practice customer focus, collaboration, and communication with the team.
• Retain up-to-date knowledge of company products and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as required or requested.

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written English language communication skills.
• Two (2) plus years’ experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Good organizational skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Excellent accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience with PCs and ability to navigate in a multi-window environment.
• Strong computer skills in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Pay

This position pays $23 to $26 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate.

Schedule

Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, with 2 Saturdays a month from 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM.
