Core Responsibilities
- Foresightful Research: Utilize verified databases and "light" skip tracing to locate updated contact information.
- Digital Sleuthing: Conduct deep-dive research into social media platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook to uncover claimant patterns and alternative contact methods.
- Genealogical Verification: Collaborate with genealogists to confirm heirship and identity using public records and probate data.
- Collaborative Outreach: Serve as the fresh voice for the division, taking over leads that have stalled, and apply new angles to re-establish trust.
- Documentation: Maintain rigorous due diligence and thorough call notes in our CRM to ensure a smooth hand-off experience.
- Strategic Closing: Pivot from researcher to closer once contact is re-established, guiding claimants through complex documentation and legal forms to finalize asset recovery.
- Advocacy: Communicate Lauth's "No Upfront Fee" promise and ethical standards to build rapport and reduce resistance.
Requirements
- Active certification in Genealogy or Skip Tracing is highly preferred.
- Experience in sales, collections, or high-touch client relations.
- Highest level of ethical, moral, and professional standards.
- Proficiency in CRM management and investigative software.
