About the role
As a Lost & Found Coordinator you make a meaningful difference in each guest’s experience. In this essential role, you will carefully catalog, secure, and reunite guests with lost or misplaced belongings while maintaining accurate records and efficient processes. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, has excellent computer skills, and is passionate about providing outstanding guest service.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and team members seeking lost or found items
- Record detailed descriptions, dates, and locations of found items in the system
- Safely store items, maintain records, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Collaborate with other departments as necessary to ensure smooth operations and timely returns
- Contact owners when items are turned in, verify ownership, and arrange return or disposal of unclaimed items per company policy
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
- Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
- Verify right to work in the United States
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or security industry preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills and willingness to work as part of a team
- Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment
- Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system
- Efficient using computers, including but not limited to Word and Excel
Physical Requirements
- Occasionally push/pull up to 75lbs
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 75lbs at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels
- Occasionally squat, kneel, reach, bend, twist
- Regularly sit and work at a desk or computer
- Regularly standing and walking
- Ability to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and telephone
- Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in person
- Ability to distinguish between shades of color
- Ability to use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity
- Ability to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, and ramps
