Job Description
This position will perform a variety of clerical duties following policy and procedures relating to facility Best Practices.
- Maintain accurate records and files for team member’s safety and accident information.
- Answer phones.
- Greet visitors, vendors, contractors and team members.
- Communicate over the phone, radio, and PA system.
- Perform daily and monthly safety inspections as required.
- Conduct safety orientations.
- Aid in medical emergencies.
- Cook off spill situations.
- Complete and maintain required reports.
- Set forth corrective action for deficiencies noted with facility life safety.
- Maintain compliance with Facilities Management Best Practice, RSC policy and procedures.
Requirements
- High School Education
- One or two years of loss prevention, or relevant experience preferred
- Intermediate keyboard and computer skills
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Must be able to obtain a New York State Security License
- Favorable NYS Driver’s License Check
- Favorable Credit Report
