Loss Prevention Manager
Responsibilities
- Provide corporate support for various general ledger duties, especially related to additional businesses.
- Manage the Loss Prevention Department.
- Partnership with HR and Safety to coordinate or conduct internal/external investigations.
- Be a liaison to department heads and upper management team members.
- Organize and direct compliance of physical security standards.
- Implement/Amend/Supervise- Standard Operating Procedure and Policies.
- Manage and create systems and programs to reduce loss, or exposure to risks.
- Identify potential for loss and develop strategies to eliminate it.
- Supervise compliance of physical security standards, and control access points.
- Oversee training of Loss Prevention staff on loss control and prevention measures.
- Supervise compliance of physical security standards, and control access points.
- Oversee Loss Prevention audit programs for quarterly review.
Qualifications
- Previous Loss Prevention, Site Security management experience preferred.
- Previous experience leading/managing a team operating in a 24 hour/7 day work schedule preferred.
- Demonstrate commitment to high professional standards.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Demonstrate leadership and shared departmental vision.
- Create dialogue regarding issues of importance to fellow management team.
- Display enthusiasm and a sense of urgency in executing assignments.
- Previous Military, Law Enforcement, or Correctional Officer Experience Preferred.
