Responsibilities

• Perform exterior and interior cleaning tasks
• Make necessary repairs to properties
• Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Document findings and report issues to appropriate parties

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related experience in property maintenance or similar field
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
