Responsible for maintaining and restoring properties to meet client standards. Duties include exterior and interior cleaning, painting, repairs, and landscaping.

Responsibilities

• Perform exterior and interior cleaning tasks
• Handle painting projects according to specifications
• Carry out necessary repairs to ensure property functionality
• Manage landscaping and groundskeeping activities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related experience in property maintenance or construction
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders

Qualifications
