Licensed Contractor/Handyman - Maintenance & Repair

About the role

A Danbury-based property management firm is seeking a licensed and insured contractor to join our network of trusted subcontractors in the Maintenance & Repair Department.

Responsibilities

• Take on projects of all sizes for our Danbury, Milford and Torrington areas.
• Operate your own business and supplement your workload or grow with a reputable property management firm.
• Pick as many jobs as you can handle or scale back as your schedule allows.
• Expand your business or transition to full-time work with us.

Requirements

• Valid CT State Contractor’s License
• Certificate of Liability Insurance and Workers’ Compensation coverage
• Ability to quote jobs accurately and promptly
• Experience in drywall & painting
• Experience in roof repairs
• Experience in water/mold mitigation & insurance-related repairs
• Experience in leak investigations
• Experience in gutter work
• Experience in general property maintenance

Qualifications

We maintain long-term relationships (15+ years) with many of our contractors and are looking for another dependable professional to add to our trusted team.

• Strong general repair and renovation skills
