Handyman / Property Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains, repairing toilets, and minor pipe repairs.
• Replacing light fixtures, switches, outlets, and circuit breakers.
• Fixing doors, windows, fences, cabinets, and repairing drywall or siding.
• Interior/exterior painting, caulking, tiling, grouting, and power washing surfaces.
• Assembling furniture, installing appliances, cleaning gutters, and repairing deck/fence components.
• Replacing air conditioning filters, checking HVAC functionality, and maintaining heating systems.
