Maintenance/Handyman

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and hardworking individual to join our team as a Field Worker (Maintenance/Handyman) at our storage facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly checks at the facility
• Clean out units to prepare them for renting
• Overlock delinquent units
• Carry out minor handy work (painting, small repairs, minor electrical)
• Do heavy lifting as needed

Requirements

• Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a can-do attitude
• Ability to perform physical labor
• Availability within 1-2 days notice when needed
• Reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Terre Haute, IN before starting work
• Preferred: 1 year of maintenance experience
• Required: Valid driver's license

Pay

$20.00 per hour, paid once a month after monthly hours are calculated.

Schedule

Part‑time, 2‑4 hours per week (roughly 8‑15 hours per month). Choose your own hours – mornings, nights, or weekends.
