About the role
Longview Home Care is seeking a dedicated Home Care Supervisor to lead our team of caregivers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for home health care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of assigned home health care teams
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
- Manage scheduling and ensure adequate coverage for clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers
- Handle emergencies and coordinate with emergency services as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or related field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of home health care regulations and best practices
