About the role

Longview Home Care is seeking a dedicated Home Care Supervisor to lead our team of caregivers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for home health care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned home health care teams
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate coverage for clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers
• Handle emergencies and coordinate with emergency services as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or related field
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of home health care regulations and best practices
