Long-term substitute: 6-12 Science Faculty (chemistry concentration)

Waynflete seeks an inventive and engaging long-term substitute Science teacher from September 30, 2026 through January 6th, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Teach science in the Upper School, including coverage of two Chemistry classes and two Chemistry Intensive classes
• Oversee co-curricular activities

Requirements

• Passion for science and innovative teaching practices
• Experience with chemical safety and storage preferred
• Experience teaching Chemistry and/or a master’s degree or higher in a relevant field preferred
• Commitment to developing inclusive methods in teaching, teamwork, and leadership
