We need to keep substantive info: description, responsibilities, challenges, requirements, qualifications, skills, program highlights, physical requirements, etc.
We need to map to sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to decide what goes where.
- About the role: could be introductory paragraph: "Airbus is looking for a Long-term (multi-semester) Intern - Cabin Engineering to join our Design and Analysis Teams based in Mobile, AL. You will work with engineering teams supporting various aspects of cabin engineering from design, analysis, and certification of components associated with the interiors of commercial aircraft. - Responsibilities: could be "Your Challenges" list: Participate in various engineering improvement and innovation projects such as automation, digitalization, API/web application development, data analytics depending on the student's capability; Generate engineering reports and templates as required to support current projects; Organize engineering data and provide assistance to route documents for review; Generate weekly status report to capture progress of related engineering activities; Attend and record minutes of meetings and coordinate with internal or external customers on projects as required; Assist in the development of presentation material (predominantly illustration development and data presentation); Support department in generating worksheets, drafting of engineering documents, archiving; Compile results data into useful formats for future references.
- Requirements: maybe "Your Boarding Pass" includes eligibility: Must be currently local to the Mobile, AL area as this is a multi-semester, onsite work opportunity; Enrolled in an accredited, full-time 4-year engineering degree program in Mechanical, Aeronautical / Aerospace / Civil / Systems / Electrical / Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science; Minimum Sophomore level or enrolled in a Master's degree program is acceptable; Authorized to Work in the US without need of current, or future, visa sponsorship.
- Qualifications: maybe "Experience in leading engineering projects as a student, or have previous intern work experience leading projects independently, or as a research assistant working on projects under supervision at the university; Knowledge and experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, or Web Development/API Development; Have good programming skills such as Python/C++/R; Experience with Systems Engineering and application of MBSE in the design process; Familiar with engineering tools such as Computer Aided design (CAD) and/or Analysis tools such as MathCAD, Nastran/Patran; Able to work with Google or Microsoft Suites; Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures; Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and bill of material systems; Ability to write reports and business correspondence; Knowledge of maintenance repair shop practices, equipment and capabilities; A strong computer background, including MS Office application experience (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point) and Google Suite application experience (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail); Able to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)."
- Skills: maybe overlapping with qualifications but we can separate: maybe "Programming skills (Python/C++/R), Data Science/Analytics, Web Development/API, Systems Engineering/MBSE, CAD tools, MathCAD/Nastran/Patran, Google/Microsoft Suites, Technical writing, Communication."
- Benefits: Program Highlights: Multi-semester work experience flexible around your class schedule; Dedicated project mentor; Project presentation with leadership team and roundtable discussion.
- Pay: Not mentioned. So we should NOT include Pay section.
- Schedule: Not explicitly mentioned besides "Multi-semester work experience flexible around your class schedule" and "Full-time onsite unless otherwise approved". Could be schedule: "Multi-semester, flexible around class schedule; Full-time onsite." But we need to check if we have real specific content for Schedule. The posting mentions "Multi-semester work experience flexible around your class schedule" and "Onsite or remote: Full-time onsite unless otherwise approved". That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with those details.
We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content.
Now produce HTML fragment: Use for each section heading. Use
for each section heading. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to decide which content is list vs prose.
- About the role: prose paragraph(s). Could be two paragraphs: first sentence about role, second about work.
- Responsibilities: list of duties (Your Challenges). Use
- .
- Requirements: list (eligibility). Use
- .
- Qualifications: list (experience/skills). Could be
- .
- Skills: maybe also list but could be combined with qualifications. However we need to avoid duplication. Perhaps we can treat Qualifications as the list of required qualifications (education, authorization) and Skills as the list of technical skills. But the posting lumps many under "Your Boarding Pass" and then a long list of knowledge/experience. We could split: Requirements = eligibility (location, enrollment, work authorization). Qualifications = experience leading projects, data science
