About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Long Term Care RN to provide skilled nursing care in a facility setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient health and develop and update care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Supervise nursing staff
- Educate residents and families
- Document care accurately
- Respond to emergencies
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
- Provide high-quality resident care and ensure safety and compliance
- Support staff and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- One year of recent Long Term Care (LTC) experience
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
Preferred certifications include ACLS and others based on facility needs.
