Long Term Care RN

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Long Term Care RN for a travel assignment in Lebanon, New Hampshire. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care in a long-term care facility, including assessing residents, developing care plans, administering medications, and supervising staff such as LPNs and CNAs.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring patient conditions
• Delivering treatments like wound care and IV therapy
• Educating residents and families
• Documenting care
• Responding to emergencies

Qualifications

• At least one year of recent LTC experience
• Valid RN license
• BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
