Long Term Care RN

Role: Long Term Care RN responsible for providing skilled nursing care in a facility setting. Responsibilities: Assess residents, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor health changes, supervise staff, educate residents and families, document care, respond to emergencies, collaborate with healthcare teams, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Qualifications: At least one year of recent LTC RN experience, valid RN license, current BLS/CPR certification; ACLS and other certifications preferred. Skills & Abilities: Critical thinking, excellent communication, physical ability to perform procedures, teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Must possess visual acuity and motor skills. Key Duties: Provide resident-centered care, oversee treatments, supervise staff, educate families, document progress, and adhere to safety protocols.
