Responsibilities
- Provide all aspects of nursing care to residents
- Work with providers to process orders
- Document in the electronic health record
- Participate in treatment team and staffing meetings
Qualifications
- Licensure as LPN or LVN
- Experience working in skilled/long-term care
- Experience working as a member of a treatment team
- Experience providing assistance with all aspects of nursing care
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Requirements
- Must possess and maintain a valid NM Drivers License
- Must obtain a Defensive Driving Certificate
- This position is designated as safety sensitive. Employment is subject to pre-employment and random testing in accordance with all terms and conditions of federal and state law, rules, and regulations in relation to alcohol and/or drug testing
- Employment is subject to nationwide criminal background checks and is conditional pending results
- Successful completion of the Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA)

Pay
Salary $22.62 - $33.93 Hourly / $47,050 - $70,575 Annually. This position is a Pay Band C5.
