About the role
Teva is seeking a Long Term Care Associate Account Manager to represent our existing Psychiatry products within LTC accounts. This role involves collaborating with Teva’s local sales teams to implement and execute product access strategies. Key responsibilities include identifying and developing relationships with key decision-makers, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate business acumen through analysis to identify and create business opportunities.
- Attend relevant Society meetings to network with key decision-makers.
- Monitor account performance to ensure compliance with sales goals.
- Create access opportunities to drive sales in LTC settings of care.
- Proactively engage with field representatives and sales leadership.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must live within the assigned geography and possess a minimum of 4 years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales experience. A bachelor's degree is required, and experience in Long Term Care or related fields is preferred. Successful candidates should have a results-oriented mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build effective customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Education/Certification/Experience: Bachelor's degree required, minimum of 4 years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated career success in LTC networking and local pull-through, record of successfully achieving sales goals, and engaging manner.
- Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: Ability to interact with customers in live and virtual environments, proficiency with technology, and effective communication skills.

Any equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered. The ideal candidate should have a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance, and an engaging manner. They should also have a working knowledge of the long-term care industry and the ability to analyze trends and apply knowledge in customer interactions.
Benefits
The annual starting salary for this position is between $88,000 – $160,000 annually. Factors such as geography, market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate may affect the starting salary. This position also qualifies for participation in the company's sales incentive plan, which rewards employees based on their achievement of defined sales targets and adherence to the plan's established guidelines.
