Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to support our manufacturing operations through effective coordination of domestic and international logistics activities. This role will be responsible for shipment coordination, customs-related processes, inventory flow, and ensuring on-time delivery of materials and finished goods. The ideal candidate must have experience in manufacturing logistics, customs operations, and strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel usage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics operations within a manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience managing US–Mexico cross-border logistics, including import/export operations and customs compliance
  • Experience on IMMEX program requirements, Mexican customs regulations, and international trade documentation
  • Advanced English and Spanish proficiency (written and verbal) with the ability to operate effectively in a bilingual environment
  • Strong Excel, data analysis, and reporting skills
  • Experience with ERP systems and logistics software
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
