Logistics Specialist I
Position Summary
The Logistics Specialist I provides foundational support across all logistics functions, including inventory control, shipping, parts sales, and data analysis. This entry-level role ensures aircraft parts and materials are accurately inventoried, properly stored, and efficiently processed through Dynamic Aviation’s logistics systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
- Verify ERP data integrity by cross-referencing physical part information and documentation
- Support incoming and outgoing parts transactions and stock movements
- Properly label, package, and shelve aircraft parts to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Prepare, process, and file required shipping or inventory documentation
- Provide customer service and coordination support for internal and external requests
- Aid with parts posting, requisitions, and work order support
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety procedures
- Participate in on-call or after-hours support as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 0-1 years of related job experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and positively collaborate with others
Preferred Qualifications
- Some college courses
- Familiarity with ERP systems
Additional Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in warehouse conditions, not temperature regulated (heat or cold)
Working Conditions
Monday- Friday 7 AM- 4 PM
Pay Band
Pay Band: $16.09 - $20.50 per hour. Starting pay is determined by experience, qualifications, and internal equity, and typically falls between the minimum and midpoint of the pay range.
