About the role

We have an opportunity for a Logistics Technician I to join our team. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant storage environment while ensuring accurate inventory control. You will inspect shipments, perform logistics transactions, and operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. This position is key to supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth material flow across the site.

Location: Greenville, NC – 100% onsite
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 am–5:00 pm & Friday, 7:00 am–12:00 pm

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
  • Manage warehouse functions, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and organization.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Monitor warehouse supplies, equipment, and operational needs.
  • Ensure shipments are processed accurately and on schedule.
  • Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve shipping issues.
  • Track inventory movements and conduct regular stock checks.
  • Identify warehouse needs and support efficient use of space and resources.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of general warehouse experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Must have or be able to obtain certification in Department of Transportation/International Air Transport Association regulations.
  • Ability to lift in excess of 40 lbs unassisted.
  • Operate machinery and tools, including pallet jack and forklift.
  • Majority of the work day is performed while standing, walking, lifting, pulling, and pushing.
  • Ability to use hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
  • Ability to bend, squat, crawl, climb, and reach.
  • Some exposure to hazardous chemicals and other active pharmaceutical ingredients.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a Good Manufacturing Practice environment.
  • Experience with SAP or other Warehouse Management Systems.
